Snaps — Live Moments with Friends provides comprehensive, accessible in-app mechanisms that allow users to immediately flag and report any content, trial, or user that raises child safety concerns:
Every user-created Trial features a visible "Report" button. Users can select "Child Safety / Inappropriate Content" to immediately escalate the item for emergency moderation triage.
Users can report any profile directly from the profile or trial view. In addition, users can block any account with a single tap, immediately hiding all content from that user and preventing further interaction.
How to report child safety concerns in-app:
- Tap the Options (...) / Flag icon on the Trial or user profile.
- Select Report Content / User.
- Choose "Child Safety / Exploitation Concern" as the reason.
- Submit the report. The content will be hidden from your feed immediately and routed for urgent human review.
Quark Studio complies with all applicable national and international child protection laws, including federal requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and relevant regional frameworks.
Whenever we identify or receive a report of CSAM, child sexual exploitation, or grooming attempts:

- Law Enforcement Cooperation: We assist and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and judicial authorities to aid in investigations and the protection of minors.
- Evidence Preservation: Pertinent digital records and logs are preserved securely for investigative and legal proceedings before being permanently removed from public view.
