Your password is not stored in plain text when handled by our authentication system.

When you create or interact with content in Trials, we may collect and store: * Trials you create * Text, images, icons, illustrations and other content included in your Trials * Votes and choices you make * Likes, reactions or other interactions, if applicable * Public username and profile information * Reports, moderation actions or other information submitted through the App

Content you choose to publish may be visible to other users.

We may collect limited technical information needed to operate, secure and improve the App, such as: * Device type and operating system * App version * Basic diagnostic and crash information * IP address * Approximate usage information * Information about errors or technical problems

We do not use this information to identify you personally unless necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or operation of the service.

We may use collected information to: * Create and maintain your account * Provide Trials and voting functionality * Display your username and publicly shared content * Store and display Trials you create * Calculate and display voting results * Provide social and community features * Prevent spam, abuse, fraud and manipulation * Moderate user-generated content * Diagnose crashes and technical problems * Improve the App and its features * Communicate with you regarding your account or important service changes * Comply with legal obligations

Some information you choose to make available through Trials may be visible to other users. This may include: * Your username * Your profile information, if provided * Trials you publish * Content contained within those Trials * Voting or interaction information where the feature makes it publicly visible

Do not include personal or sensitive information in Trials that you do not want other users to see.

Trials may allow users to browse publicly available Trials without creating an account.

When browsing without an account, we may still collect limited technical information required to operate, secure and improve the service.

Certain features, such as creating Trials, voting, commenting, following users, or other community features, may require an account.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Trials, such as: * Authentication and account-management providers * Cloud hosting and database providers * Analytics and crash-reporting providers * Content-delivery or storage providers

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to us and are expected to protect the information they process.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to: * Comply with applicable law or legal processes * Protect the rights, safety and security of users, the App, or others * Detect or prevent fraud, abuse or security issues * Enforce our Terms of Use

Trials allows users to create and publish content.

We may review, remove, restrict or otherwise moderate content that violates our Terms of Use or applicable laws.

Users are provided with tools to report inappropriate content or users, and where available, block other users.

We retain account information and user-generated content for as long as necessary to provide the service, unless you request deletion or we are required to retain certain information for legal, security or legitimate business purposes.

Some information may remain temporarily in backups after deletion before being permanently removed according to our backup and retention procedures.

You may request deletion of your Trials account and associated personal data at any time.

Account deletion can be initiated: * In the App: Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account. * On the Web: Visit our Trials Account Deletion Page to submit an online deletion request.

When an account deletion request is processed, we will delete or anonymize associated personal information and user data, except where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

Trials is not specifically directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where prohibited by applicable law.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us in violation of applicable law, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Trials may use third-party services for functionality such as authentication, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, or other infrastructure (such as Google Play Services, Firebase Authentication, and Cloud Firestore). These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may also be communicated through the App or other appropriate channels.
