About Your Data

Trials: Create & Vote enables community sharing and account-based features. When you create an account, we securely store your profile information, authentication credentials, and user-generated interactions.

You have full rights to request complete deletion of your account and all associated personal records at any time.

Option 1: In-App Account Deletion (Instant)
The fastest and most direct way to delete your account

You can immediately initiate and complete account deletion directly within the Trials: Create & Vote app:

  1. Open the Trials: Create & Vote app on your mobile device.
  2. Navigate to your Profile or Settings.
  3. Select Account.
  4. Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Your authentication tokens, profile details, and private data are erased from our active database.

Web Account & Data Deletion Request
Cannot access the app? Submit a web deletion request below. We process requests within 30 days in accordance with Google Play Data Safety policies.
What Data Is Deleted vs. Retained

Permanently Deleted Data

  • Account email & authentication credentials
  • Profile username, display name & bio
  • Drafts, saved bookmarks & private collections
  • Push notification device tokens & IP logs
  • Direct user preferences and local cache

Retention & Anonymization

  • Public voting tallies remain aggregated without personal attribution.
  • Temporary encrypted server backups (purged within 30 days).
  • Security or fraud prevention logs required by law.
