Gridio is designed with privacy as a foundational principle.

• **Camera and Microphone Access:** Gridio requires access to your device's camera and microphone strictly to capture photos and record videos at your explicit command. We do not process this data remotely.
• **Storage Access:** We require access to your device's local storage (or photo gallery) to save the images and videos you create and to allow you to view them within the app.
• **Usage Data:** We do not collect, transmit, or store personally identifiable information (PII) or telemetry data on external servers. All operations, including image processing and film emulations, occur entirely locally on your device.

Gridio may utilize Google Play Billing for processing in-app purchases (such as upgrading to Gridio Pro). Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy regarding how they handle your payment information. We do not have access to your raw payment details.

Because all media captured using Gridio is stored locally on your device, the security of your photos and videos is subject to your device's native security measures (such as your lock screen PIN or biometric authentication).

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
